
Christine Hill, MBA, SHRM-CP is a Doctoral Candidate at Prairie View A&M University. She recently successfully defended her dissertation titled Deep Conditioned: Unpacking Hair Bias in Perceived Professionalism and Its Implication for Hiring of Black Women. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. Her work portfolio includes stints at Tarrant County College, Uplift Education and NCH Corporation. A member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., she is a dedicated and conscientious community servant. She has also enjoyed volunteering at NCH Corporation, planning a health fair and serving on the Wellness Committee.
