Jeffrey Lynn Thomas, known fondly to those who loved him as Jeff, passed away on June 14, 2026. Born on May 15, 1967, in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas, Jeff’s life was full of kindness, laughter, and the warmth of his ever-bright smile.

In a world often too hurried to notice the small moments, Jeff was a beacon of light that brought joy to everyone he encountered. His humor was a breath of fresh air along his kindness; he had a way of lifting spirits with a perfectly timed joke or a knowing glance that spoke volumes without a word.

A lifelong devotee of his beloved Dallas Cowboys, Jeff found joy in watching every game, his love for his team was as intense and spirited as his dedication to those he cared for. Football Sundays were more than just games, they were cherished rituals where passion and loyalty came together under the bright Texas sky, reflecting the heart of the man himself.

Though his time with us has ended too soon, the echoes of Jeff’s joyous laughter and the memory of his smile will forever stay in the hearts of those blessed to know him. He was a man who was resilient, kind-hearted, and endlessly bright.

In honoring his memory, family and friends will gather at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth, a place befitting the reverence owed to a man of such kindness. The visitation will commence on June 19, 2026, from noon until 6 p.m., serving as a moment for shared stories, smiles, and tears—a tribute to a life so beautifully lived. The following day, June 20, the funeral service will be held beginning at 11 a.m., concluding at noon, where loved ones will celebrate Jeff’s journey and the lasting legacy he leaves behind.

Jeffrey Lynn Thomas will be remembered not merely for the years he lived but for the depth with which he touched the lives around him. In the quiet corners, in the laughter shared, and in the silent moments of reflection, his presence remains a tribute to a life well-lived and deeply loved.
