The Black Leadership AIDS Crisis Coalition, an initiative of AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), will present the Joyful Noise Gospel Concert and panel discussion to engage Black American voters throughout Dallas/Fort Worth.  

As part of AHF’s We the People campaign, the event, scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Antioch Fellowship Missionary Church, 7550 S. Hampton Road, Dallas, Texas, the event will start at 3:00pm CST with a community dialogue moderated by Norm Nixon in conversation with a powerful group of panelists, including Roland Martin (Host, Roland Martin Unfiltered), Tracy Jones (AHF, Southern Bureau Chief), Pastor Chris Wesley (Senior Pastor, Antioch Fellowship Missionary Church), Pastor Nathaniel Green (Senior Pastor, Grace Cathedral Church of God in Christ).  

Culminating the event is a gospel concert, starting at 4:30pm featuring the soul-stirring voices of award-winning vocalists, Kierra Sheard and Le’Andria Johnson

WHY:               According to recent statistics from World Population Review, of the 56% of Blackregistered voters in Texas, less than 40% actually voted.

Organizers will also host the event in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Wednesday, July 1. The We The People campaign is a movement that has a coalition, comprised of diverse community organizations that elevate the reality that the freedoms this country has promised belong to all.
