She is the Founder, President, and CEO of Corporate Counsel Women of Color® (CCWC), an organization she launched in 2004 to connect and empower high-achieving attorneys. She has worked at ViacomCBS as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, an Associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. She attended Indiana University Maurer School of Law, New York University, and Northwestern University.
