Developing Public Speaking Skills: Virtual Workshop

In 2009, The Texas Legislature passed a law giving municipalities the authority to file lawsuits against owners of properties that pose health and safety risks, like drug houses. The law also allows housing organizations to sue if they are “certified” by the City. The City is exploring the creation of such a certification program.
