Carlotta Taylor is the CEO & Founder of Recast Your Life Academy, where she helps aspiring motivational speakers turn their fear into fuel on stage, and the Founder and Executive Director of Somebody Step In, a nonprofit organization for foster youth. In addition to working as a Detective with the Jackson Police Department, this member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority is a motivational speaker with Catholic Charities USA and a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Services and Master’s in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Belhaven University, and her Doctor of Education in organizational leadership from Grand Canyon University.
