Black Business: Sophia’s Haitian Cuisine

Have you heard of Sophia’s Haitian Cuisine? It’s a Haitian cuisine food truck, and it’s based primarily in the Celina area. Kavin Adisson is the owner and operator of this family-run business named after his wife. His son occasionally assists on the truck. Adisson is from Haiti by way of New Jersey. He settled in the Dallas area in 2017. He first started cooking and delivering comfort food from his homeland in 2020 after noticing the same lack of Haitian food that he learned to cook in Haiti. Sophia’s Haitian Cuisine is the 1st Haitian Food Truck and catering company in Dallas, Texas! Call or email them to find out where they will be.
