Rosalind Rayford is the founder and executive director of Lip Gloss for Love. A certified life coach, she has also worked as a public housing eligibility specialist for the Housing Authority of the City of Dallas. Rosalind received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas College, a Master of Social Work from East Texas A&M University, and she’s currently working on her PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., she is a certified anger management and certified domestic violence specialist.
