Black and woman led brokerage celebrates second year

The energy in the rooftop lounge above Asian fusion restaurant Komodo Dallas on July 17, 2025 was magnetic. Attendees were drawn in after stepping off the elevator on the second floor. It was dark and sultry, yet bright with smiles, outfits and decor for the Havana Nights theme celebrating the two-year anniversary of The VIBE Brokerage.
Led by 36-year-old Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Keleisha Anderson, the brokerage, a company that acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of which real estate agents must work under, has offices in Dallas and Houston, with one coming soon to Waco. Her outfit choice of the evening was a bright orange dress, emanating a vibrancy that lit up the room.
A multi-award winning real estate broker, Anderson proudly shared that there are currently 110 realtors in her brokerage. She attributes her success to one higher power.
“God. It’s all God,” she said.
During the celebration event, many were interviewed upon entrance, offering words of praise for their affiliation with The VIBE Brokerage. Realtor Marion Forbes, who joined in February 2025, was excited to attend and feels welcomed as a member of the team.
“The name definitely fits! It’s the vibe for me,” Forbes said. “I like the family feel and the love that’s shown. You don’t feel brand new and can ask for help. Keleisha has the right people around her to help the business grow and strive.”
The conversations around the room echoed the same sentiment. Many realtors were excited to take photos with their leader who welcomed everyone, including guests who are not under her real estate guidance. Champagne overflowed as attendees toasted Anderson and the community she continues to build.
Anderson gave sound advice for real estate agents in the current industry climate.
“Train. Soak it all up,” she said. “Make sure you’re learning all that you can in this real estate market to be prepared for the shift.”
The collaborative nature of the entire room was an entire vibe of support that many can hold onto.
