Raquel Ricketts, B.Sc., M.P.S., is a Dallas-based Area Manager at Amazon with over five years of experience leading operations. She has managed teams of 50–100 associates, implemented strategies that doubled efficiency, and fostered growth through coaching and mentorship. Before Amazon, she taught in Dallas ISD and served as an assistant track coach at The Brearley School in New York. Raquel holds a bachelor’s in Advertising and a master’s in Sport Management from St. John’s University, where she also competed in track and field.
