Genesis McKinney hails from Arkansas. Currently the CEO of LGM Consulting Firm and sole consultant, she specializes in providing holistic business solutions tailored to enhance organizational effectiveness and growth, using her expertise in HR strategy, operational optimization, leadership coaching, and change management. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, Genesis received her diploma from Earle High School and attended Mid-South Community College before going on to the University of Memphis where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology. She honed her skills as a recruiter for Self Opportunity, Inc., a performance coach for Vistar, A PFG Company and a number of other positions, including as the administrative assistant to a chief of police and as an educator.
