OBIT

OBIT: DAVID EARL ROBISON

We could never fully capture your brilliance, your beautiful madness, or your sharp wit in just a few lines. You were perfectly imperfect. Thankfully, we don’t have to explain to strangers. We are surrounded by family and friends who knew you, who loved you, just the way you were.

Tradition says we should speak of where you were born and where you made your transition, but you were never one for tradition. Instead, we’ll speak of your humor, your vision, your bold way of living — all of which live on in your children and in the countless lives you touched so profoundly.

We carry with us the lessons you taught, the truths you shared, and the memories you gifted us. These are the priceless treasures we hold close — things that time nor death can ever take away.

We’re grateful that you lived a full, rich life. And most of all, we find peace in knowing that you knew God. We can imagine you now — dancing joyfully, wherever the music plays in heaven.

We love you always.
