Gisele Marcus is a dynamic business executive, educator, and speaker with over 20 years of global leadership experience. She is Professor of Practice and Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Washington University’s Olin Business School. A five-time general manager, she has revitalized businesses at firms like Accenture, Johnson Controls, and Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing operations up to $800 million. Gisele earned her MBA from Harvard University and a BS from Syracuse University. She also serves on the board of First Mid Bancshares and is a TEDx speaker.
