Dr. Kesha O’Reilly, PharmD, MS, RPh, is a healthcare leader, elected official, mentor, and strategist with more than two decades of experience advancing public health, education, and community development. She serves as Director of Global HIV at Gilead Sciences. Elected in 2024 as the District 7 Trustee for Dallas College, she’s a licensed pharmacist who earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Howard University, her Master of Science in Population Health Sciences from the University of Mississippi, and completed a fellowship with the Mississippi Center for Health Policy. Dr. O’Reilly founded A Catalyst for Change, a nonprofit organization focused on the intersection of education, health, and economics.
