DAN KNOX, born on July 6, 1962, in Shreveport Louisiana, left this world on November 25, 2024, in Dallas, Texas. He was a devoted family man and cherished spending meaningful moments with those he loved. Dan was known for his hard work and dedication, traits that were evident in every aspect of his life.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Dan had a special fondness for watching his favorite teams, particularly the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Mavericks. His excitement for sports was matched only by his love for comedic relief, as he was renowned among family and friends for his ability to tell jokes that would bring smiles and laughter to any gathering.

Dan’s passing leaves a void that will be deeply felt by all who knew him. His legacy of love, compassion, and humor will continue to be treasured by family and friends.

A viewing will be held on November 27, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home and Crematory, located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. Following the viewing, a funeral service will take place at the same location from 3:00 PM.

He will be remembered not only for his warm presence but for the countless cherished memories he created with those around him. Dan Knox touched the lives of many, and he will be dearly missed.
