Dr. Shenica S. Nelson is the Chief Operations Officer of SOPH Consulting/She also works on several contracts with agencies such as Skill Source Learning Partners and Kagin’s Consulting Development and Agriculture Firm. She also was a legal assistant for the Social Security Administration, Case Manager for Medical Resource and Guidance, and program manager for Kellie’s Sitting Services. She received her B.S. Degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University-Alexandria; Master of Science from Capella University and Ph.D from Alliant International University Doctor of Business Administration, Leadership and Management. Her Dissertation Topic: The Relationship Between Leadership and Work-Life Balance of Millennials in Virtual Work Settings.
