Judy Bell is Vice President of Volunteer Services for Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County. Previously she was Grant Manager/Community Planning and Development Representative for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Volunteer Services Coordinator for the City of Fort Worth Police Department, Grant Manager/ Neighborhood Stabilization Program Specialist for the US Department of HUD, Regional Coordinator of Training for Dallas County Community College District and Division Manager – Neighborhood Revitalization for the City of Grand Prairie. Judy received her BBA in Marketing and MBA in Management from Texas Woman’s University. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
