Evangelist Tracy E. Hines was the second child born to the union of Louise and
Charlie Hines Sr. on November 23, 1967 in Dallas, Texas.

At an early age, Tracy accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior at Full Gospel Holy
Temple Dallas where he continued to serve until his death. He faithfully attended
Sunday School. He was part of the Temple Choir, Men of Standard, Shirley Murray
Gospel Singer, Recording Choir, Male Chorus , Brotherhood, Event Coordinator
for the Bereavement Team and Ministerial Alliance.

Tracy received his formal education through Dallas Independent School District
(Business and Management Center HS), Northwood University ( Bachelor of
Business Administration) and Amberton University (Master of Science, Human
Relations & Business)

On June 18, 1993, Tracy joined in holy matrimony with Sis. Letctra Hines. They
were a very happy couple and recently celebrated their 30th year anniversary.
Tracy was the Chief Deputy of the Dallas County Treasurer’s Office for the last
15 years and previously served as the Assistant Director Motor Vehicle Titles &
Registrations and Branch Manager. Prior to joining Dallas County Tracy worked
for JP Morgan Chase , Bank One along with other financial institutions.

Tracy entered into eternal rest on June 28, 2023 and the celebration of his life
and legacy continues with his beloved wife: Letctra Hines of Cedar Hill, Texas;
daughter Letctra Celeste Hines and son Josiah Tracy Hines; parents Louise
and Charlie Hines of Dallas, Texas; three brothers, Charlie Hines (Rhonda) of
Lancaster, Texas; Terry Hines of Dallas, Texas and Larry Hines of Bronx, NY ; one
sister , Lakisha Hines of Lancaster, Texas; two sister – in-love, Yvonne Dotie-Dubra
of Iowa Colony , Texas and Emma Cox of Garland , Texas; five nieces, Tamika
Flannigan (Rashad) of Glenn Heights, MaKaya Reliford of Lancaster, Mia Reliford
of Lancaster, Chersha Cox of Garland, Texas and Ja’Nay Perry of Roswell, GA;
five nephews Charlie Jeremaine Hines ( Andrea), Charlie Dakorris Cook, Di’jon
Neal, Qualin Neal, and Qkorneilus Davidson ; and a host of relatives and friends.
