On May 9, 1967, in Dallas, TX a bouncing baby boy was born to Cleotha & Dovie Polk Sr. CLEOTHA POLK JR. attended Elementary School, Junior High School & High School in the Dallas Independent School District of Dallas, TX.

As a student at South Oak Cliff High School, he played football. Cleotha’s favorite past time was singing and entertaining others.  He loved making people laugh.  He had a very special bond with his dog, Brady.

Like any pet parent, he fed, cuddled, and played with him.  Brady was his best friend. His lifetime employment was spent as a certified electrician and maintenance supervisor and was employed until his health failed. Cleotha was married to Karen Elizabeth Polk for 25 years until his homegoing.
