Stephanie Patrice Curtis was born to Maurice and Patsy Curtis on January 24, 1978. She attended Paul Lawrence Dunbar but graduated from New Lives School. She was taught to love God and to do her best. She was very smart and loved working in the medical field. After graduating from school, she attended Remington to become a Certified Nurse’s Aide. She held several jobs using her skills in the medical field.

Stephanie was a neat nit. She enjoyed cleaning and started her own cleaning business. She also taught herself to do pedicures to save money and make money. She always had a hustle about herself.

Stephanie was blessed with three beautiful children that she loved, Breyun L. Curtis (Aly Herod), Ja’Juan M. Byrd, and Tyra N. Johnson. She was blessed with 10 beautiful grandchildren. Whatever she might have missed raising her three she poured into loving those grandbabies.

On February 13, 2023, she left this present world as we know it.

She leaves behind to cherish memories her parents, Maurice and Patsy Curtis; her brother, James (KiKi); her sister, Krystal; god sisters, Hitacha, Ixatapa and Sonyette. She also leaves behind, Tommy Washington ,whom she declared was the love of her life. She also leaves behind her dearly loved Uncle Ronnie Thomas, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, special friends, Jennifer Ritcher and Diane Rocha just to name a few.
