A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Wanda is a 2022 retiree who spent more than 15 years as an asset manager for Healthcare Realty Trust. Previously she served as a manager, Parking and Transportation Services for Baylor Health Care System. A proud member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Psi Chapter; Wonda has also served at the regional level. She is skilled in property management, contract negotiation, real estate development, lease management and strategic planning.
