More than a dozen DFW area members of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity were recognized at their national Convention with 50-year pins

Former Theta Alpha Chapter Basileus (President) Derrick Payne with Brother Royle King. A graduate of Dallas’ LIncoln Humanities and Communications Magnet and a DFW/ABJ and NABJ “baby,” King, whose father is a member of Theta Alpha Chapter and also a 50 year honoree; won the Undergraduate Chapter Advisor of the Year honors for his work with the Upsilon Psi Chapter at Florida A&M University. That chapter also won Undergraduate Chapter of the Year and first place in the March Down (step show)!
