She received a BS Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Xavier University of Louisiana, an MS Degree in Mathematics and a postgraduate certificate in education from Tulane University. Frances is a Doctor of Education candidate in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Trident University International. She is the owner of The Financial Educator, LLC., a former adjunct faculty instructor at Richland College. Frances is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
