Rose Blair is the Director of Dallas Metropolitan Small Business Development Center for Dallas County Community College District. Previously she has worked as a Project Management Manager for Capital One, Coordinator of Grant Management and Compliance and Director of Corporate and Community Relations for DCCCD.
