Kristen Price is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree and She later earned a Masters of Science Degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University A member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Kristen was initiated into the Amazing Zeta Eta Chapter and is now a member of the Dallas Alumnae Chapter. She is a member of MetroTex Association of Realtors and she has served with numerous other realty organizations. Kristen began her real estate career with Keller Williams Realty, Lake Cities in n 2004 and in 2009 she opened Hylton Homes Realty, LLC; specializing in all aspects of residential real estate. She earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, MRP ( Military Relocation Professional) certification, PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certification SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Specialist Certification), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation, TAHS (Texas Affordable Housing Specialist) certification and the, TRLP (Texas Realtor Leadership Program) designation.
