Rev. Dr. Frederick D. Haynes III joined civil rights activist, author, and former Color of Change president Rashad Robinson for a conversation at Friendship-West Baptist Church on Monday evening. The discussion centered on Robinson’s book, From Presence to Power: How to Take on the Fights That Matter and Win, and the importance of building power and creating meaningful change. Community members also asked heartfelt, impactful questions during the discussion. The event concluded with a book signing and meet-and-greet.
