Thomas Bledsoe
The City of Frisco welcomes Thomas Bledsoe as its new Director of Human Resources. Bledsoe comes to Frisco from Overland Park, Kansas – a fast-growing city. In Overland Park, Bledsoe served as the Chief Human Resources Officer since 2022.
