
GLENN HEIGHTS, Texas – Mayor Sonja A. Brown invites residents to attend the next installment of Mayor Sonja A. Brown’s “Let’s TACO ‘Bout It” Town Hall Series on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Glenn Heights Community Center, 1938 S. Hampton Road.
Created to foster open dialogue between city leadership and residents, the Town Hall Series provides an opportunity to learn about important city initiatives, ask questions, and engage in meaningful conversations about the future of Glenn Heights.
Discussion topics will include:
- Data Center Development
- Animal Control and Shelter Services
- Solid Waste and Recycling
- License Plate Readers
- PACE Program
- City Project Updates
- Community Questions and Answers
“Leadership begins with listening,” said Mayor Brown. “These Town Hall meetings are about transparency, education, and collaboration. I want every resident to leave feeling informed, heard, and empowered because the best decisions are made when our community comes together. Your voice matters, and I hope you’ll join us.”
In true Taco Tuesday fashion, attendees will also enjoy complimentary, delicious tacos from one of Glenn Heights’ locally owned businesses, because supporting local businesses is another way we strengthen our community.
