The Senior Vice President of Community Engagement and Mission Support at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads and CEO of Dreaming Out Loud Consulting, Inc., Rodrigua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampton University and a Master of Business Administration with a specialized focus on Strategic Leadership from Amberton University. Extending her expertise beyond her corporate role, she is the founder of her own strategic consulting firm and serves as the Board Chair for prominent nonprofits based in Dallas, Texas, and her hometown of Brooklyn, New York.
