Born on November 14, 1967, in Smith County, Texas, Steven lived a life marked by dedication, skill, and a commitment to his craft spanning more than two decades. As a licensed barber for more than 20 years, Steven touched the lives of many through his work, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism and care that will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

Steven’s life was a testament to hard work and community spirit. Throughout his career, he not only honed his talent with the clipper but also built lasting relationships with clients and friends, becoming a respected figure in his profession. His ability to connect with people and his warm presence made his barbershop more than just a place for grooming; it was a place of fellowship and comfort.

He is survived by his beloved children, siblings, other relatives, and cherished friends who mourn his loss alongside the countless individuals whose lives he enriched. Steven’s family and friends stand united in their grief, honoring his memory and the impact he had on their lives.

A time for remembrance and farewell will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. The viewing will take place on June 4, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a prayer service at 6:00 PM, continuing until 7:00 PM. The funeral service is scheduled for the following day, June 5, 2026, beginning at 3:00 PM at the same venue.
