Dr. Nikki Ceaser-Small is the Senior Director, Campus Administration Office of the President of Dallas College, Cedar Valley Campus. Previously she has worked at Tarrant County College, San Juan College, Westcliff University, Northwestern State University, Northwood University, Corinthian Colleges, DeVry University and Northlake College. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Louisiana Monroe, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwestern State University where she joined Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and was Homecoming Queen. She went on to earn a Master of Business Administration and Management from Northwood University, and a Doctor of Education from Capella University.
