Rev. Estella McDuffie, a beacon of light and love, departed from this world on March 4, 2026, leaving behind vibrant memories throughout her 81 years. Born on September 26, 1944, in the heart of Houston, Texas, Estella’s journey was marked by a bright smile that could illuminate the darkest of days, a laughter that echoed joy, and a passion for life that inspired all who knew her.

From her early days, it was evident that Estella had a unique spark, a combination of warmth and charisma that made her a friend and mentor to many. Her innate ability to care for others was matched only by her sense of humor, often sharing private jokes that brought her laughter and amusement, quietly inviting those around her to share in her joy.

An accomplished minister, Estella dedicated her life to spreading the word of the Lord, a testament to her unyielding faith and devotion. She was deeply proud of this calling, seeing it as her greatest achievement. Through her sermons, she touched countless lives, offering a comforting presence filled with kindness and understanding. Estella’s ministry was not limited to the pulpit; she extended her love and guidance into the community, enriching the lives of others with her genuine concern and compassion.

Estella lived life to the fullest, embracing the simple pleasures with joy. Whether she was playing Bingo, rolling strikes with her bowling team, or indulging in an afternoon of shopping, she celebrated every moment. Each encounter with Estella was an invitation to experience happiness, as she welcomed others with open arms and an eager heart.

For multiple decades she was a beloved figure at the East St Paul Baptist Church in Fort Worth, where her vibrant personality and unwavering spirit left a lasting mark. Her presence was a reminder of the power of love and faith, igniting hope in all who crossed her path.

As we gather to honor her memory, we invite all who knew her to join us for a funeral service at the East St Paul Baptist Church, located at 5300 Oak Grove Road West, Fort Worth, Texas, on March 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
