Black Business: Blue Water Girls

Chelsea Pinky, Glynn Pogue, and Sade Parham are the founders of Blue Water Girls. The Brooklyn natives initially came together as the hosts of the popular podcast Black Girls Texting, a show they started to highlight the multiplicities of Black women’s identities. Inspired by their own wanderlust, the trio created Blue Water Girls to celebrate their love for travel and the glow they get when the sun kisses their skin. The owners’ favorites are the sun-kissed essentials, Private Island Glow, and Private Island Body Oil. Visit the website to purchase and sign up for the specials and offers.
