Black Business: HBCU Legacy Fashion

Meet Cheylaina Fultz, the Founder and CEO of HBCU Legacy Fashion. Before starting this business, she was a wedding and event planner. She planned local and destination weddings in the U.S. and Caribbean. During the lockdown of 2020, weddings were being canceled. She remembered the vision from the previous year to start a movement to create awareness surrounding historically black colleges and universities.
