Atty. Fani Taifa Willis is the first female District Attorney in Fulton County, GA. Born in Inglewood, CA., this mother of two attended Howard University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science with honors, and then went on to receive her law degree from Emory University. She served 16 years in the Fulton County District Attorney’s office before going into private practice and then becoming a Chief Municipal Judge. In 2020 she was elected District Attorney of Fulton County. Often praised for her brilliant legal mind and work as a tough prosecutor, Fani is fearless.
