A Celebration for Kelvin Bass was held at Views from the Cliff on Saturday night, as he embarks on a “well-deserved” retirement. Hosted by his wife, LaJoi, the celebration was a salute to Kelvin’s extensive work in Sen. Royce West’s office. For 25 years, Kelvin has been an invaluable part in shaping legislative policy for the State of Texas, demonstrating exceptional dedication, passion and leadership.
