Dr. Isha James is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. She is a Texas Southern alumna who holds multiple degrees in business, education and law. She is a visionary, a leader, and motivational speaker who has deep expertise and genuine passion for empowering others. She is heavily involved in local and state initiatives that promote education, health, and social equity. She has served on several boards such as Girl’s Inc. of Tarrant County, Generation Uplift and currently the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Fort Worth Metropolitan Chapter. Isha lives in Fort Worth, Texas where she loves to skate, cycle and read. She is the proud mother of five children and four grandchildren.
