The Million Man March continued to organize years later with the Million Family March, the Millions More Movement and Justice or Else, at further movements were started

The Million Woman March united Black women in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Organizers reported more than two million people present. This day united women under the ideas of sisterhood, unity to uplift family and self.
HARLEM—–
September 5, 1998

The Million Youth March, organized by Dr. Khalid Abdul Muhammad and Malik Zulu Shabazz was held in Harlem, New York City. The event was one of unity, self reliance, and determination aimed at young Black people.

Styled as Egypt’s Million Man March by organizers and protesters, hundreds of thousands were reportedly present in Cairo’s Tahir Square for a demonstration that was more political in nature. Protesters demanded a change in government and the resignation of then-President Hosni Mubarak.

The Women’s March united a reported 500,000 people, majority women, who observed the day to protest misogyny of newly-elected President Trump, echo the justice of the then currently rising Me Too Movement against sexual violence and harassment. The principle organizer of the March, Tamika Mallory was widely condemned for her admiration and mentorship she received from The Hon. Min. Louis Farrakhan. This relationship split the movement as Mallory and her co-chairs Linda Sarsour, and Carmen Perez also did not bow to pressure to disassociate with Farrakhan.
