Black Business: AphroChic

For almost two decades, AphroChic has been on a journey exploring design as a cultural artifact and examining the expressions of that artifact within African Diaspora cultures around the world. AphroChic was founded in 2007 by Jeanine Hays and Bryan Mason. Their magazine, books, podcast, and design projects work to convey an essential narrative of Black history and identity. The brand’s latest project is the launch of AphroChic Home. The first home collection of its kind that celebrates the legacy of Black design, architecture, and artisanship. Visit the website to shop and learn more about them.
